Allan Myers is in search of a Senior Surveyor with strong leadership and communication skills that has experience in project oversight and construction experience. Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee surveying activities on construction projects.
• Set and maintain high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Utilize GPS machine control equipment for accurate project execution.
• Conduct project oversight from establishing primary control points to producing as-built surveys.
• Operate drones for surveying purposes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure survey accuracy and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior surveyors and support staff.

• Virginia Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in GPS machine control equipment and related software.
• Proven leadership skills with high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
• Experience in project oversight from primary control to as-builts.
• Ability to pilot drones with appropriate license, or ability to obtain it.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently or part of a team.
